Each apartment includes a monthly utility allowance (electricity & water). Additional usage is charged at 6 THB per unit for electricity and 18 THB per unit for water.

- Extra bed or extra person: 1,200 THB per night (includes breakfast)
- Baby cot: 200 THB per night
Payment Terms
- 1–3 month stay: 1 month security deposit + 1 month advance rental
- 4+ month stay: 2 months security deposit + 1 month advance rental
